If your order has not shipped after three business days, you will receive an email notifying you. Some reasons for the delay could include the following:

  • We are experiencing higher order volume during this time
  • Item(s) in your order may be on backorder in the next 72 hours
  • Item(s) in your order may be out of stock due to high demand
  • The delivery address is incorrect
  • A payment issue may have occurred while placing the order
POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday and/or
    Sunday deliveries may be available for some orders.
  • We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as
    possible.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.
  • If an item is out of stock or if your shipping address information, tax identification number, or other details are incomplete, we will notify you by email for further instructions. If we do not receive a response from you within 30 business days, we will proceed with a refund for your order, and you will not incur any charges.

MISSING ORDER
If you’re missing items or a shipment, contact us within 30 days of ship date.

Cancellation Policies

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we have sent your parcel out, and 25% cancellation fee applies. Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-3 days, so if the order is shipped already, cancellation request will be refused.

Returns/Replacement

If there is any problems about the product, you must contact us within 3 days since you got your them, or return request will be refused.
We offer the return and exchange service in the following three cases:
1.We made some mistakes of sending the goods (e.g., wrong size, wrong color or wrong style) or the goods have some quality problems(not being damaged by any man-made factors),you can send them back to us for no charge, As soon as we receive your return parcel. The product need to be delivered to our quality control department, if there is no problems, we will send you new product or give you refund.
2.If you aren’t satisfied with our products(the goods are in good condition)and would like to return them. You need bear the burden of all shipping cost .
3.If you want to exchange your product by own problems(pick wrong size ,wrong color or wrong style ).you need to pay all exchange shipping fee.

Note: After you return back the product, available tracking number is needed!

Refund Policy

You need return back the product to us. When we received the product and make sure they are non-human factors or non-resistant external damage, we will give you a refund.
2.Our company is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to ensure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an item ordered is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 24 hours to change the order or give you money back.

Refund Time Clause:

Upon receiving a refund request, we will review the order within 1-2 business days. If the order is confirmed eligible for a refund, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that the actual time for the refund to appear on the cardholder’s statement may vary, typically appearing within a few business days after processing. The refund timeframe depends on the bank or payment method used, and we cannot control the exact timing of when refunds will be credited.
